Registration/Late Fees

REGISTRATION FEE/LATE FEES A non-refundable $200.00 set-up fee will be charged upon registration of each child. This covers registration materials, as well as start-up supplies that are needed. A late pick-up fee (after 5:30 p.m.) equal to $25.00 /per child for the first 15 minutes and then every 15 minute interval an additional $25.00 per child for any late pick ups, from your contracted hours, will be charged.

NSF Checks

If a check is returned to me for non-sufficient funds (NSF), you will be required to pay all fees that I incur as a result of the returned check. Child care services will be immediately halted until full payment of tuition and NSF charges have been made. If a second NSF check occurs, I will only accept cash or money order payment from that point forward. No exceptions will be made.

Tuition/Payment Procedures

Your specific rates will be outlined in your Contract and Rate Agreement. Tuition is payable in advance and is due no later than drop off time the first, and second day of each week, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon. Payment may be made by check or cash, as long as no checks are returned to me for non-payment. There will be a late fee of $ 15.00 for EACH DAY that payments are received late. REPEATED LATE PAYMENTS MAY BE GROUNDS TERMINATION. I ask you to consider how you would feel if your employer came to you on your expected payday and told you your paycheck would be delayed. The success of my business depends on the prompt payment of tuition/fees in order to take care of day-to-day expenses that are encountered. Tuition and fees are computed with the following factors in mind:
1. Food, health supplies, craft/activity/curriculum supplies, toys, play equipment, and books provided for the children.
2. Out-side activities
3. Business taxes
4. Social Security, FICA, and self-employment taxes
5. Continuing education
6. Energy costs and the use of child care facility equipment
7. Additional time spent, each day on payroll/bills
Although child care tuition and fees may seem high, please keep in mind, the amount returned directly to your child via food, supplies, and benefits from the provider education, etc. The providers' wage is the amount that remains after all the above expenses have been paid.
